Bill joined Eisenberg Gold & Agrawal, P.C. in February of 2024 after 20 years as a partner in a South Jersey-based firm representing creditors in bankruptcy and state court matters.
A lifelong native of South Jersey, Bill received his Bachelor of Arts from the College of New Jersey, and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law – Camden, where he was a member of the Advanced Trial Advocacy Team. Following law school, Bill served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Anne McDonnell of New Jersey Superior Court.
Bill is nationally known for his expertise in representing automobile finance lenders in bankruptcy proceedings, and serves on the Rules Committee for multiple bankruptcy courts. Bill’s clients have been loyal to him for years because he is loyal to them- Bill is known for being a zealous advocate while always taking a collaborative approach to seeking a practical resolution that is in the best interest of his clients.
He is admitted in the State Of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State Of New York, as well as the District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts of New Jersey, the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Eastern, Southern, and Northern Districts of New York.
Bill resides in Tabernacle, NJ with his wife and two children. Bill enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, playing hockey, and attending his children’s activities.
