William A. Rodio, Esquire has been practicing law for more than twenty years. His practice is focused on transactional matters, including commercial and residential real estate closings, the purchase and sale of businesses, as well as business formations, mergers and acquisitions. Bill has significant experience negotiating and drafting commercial and residential leases for landlords and tenants. He regularly appears in Landlord/Tenant court on behalf of clients.
Bill is skilled at representing individuals and business entities in complex real estate transactions from initial negotiations and letters of intent to document preparation and review through financing, due diligence investigations and closing. Additionally, he is experienced with the review of environmental site assessments and working with environmental professionals on behalf of his business and real estate clients. He has helped many business owners with the acquisition or sale of a business and business assets. Bill has assisted clients with the purchase or sale of various business types, from restaurants, bars, and service stations, to farm operations, real estate offices and medical facilities, to name a few. Bill enjoys working closely with clients to understand their goals and ensure a successful result. He is proud of the enduring client relationships he has established during his years in practice.
Bill has been a member of the New Jersey Bar since 1996. He received his undergraduate degree from Stockton University and his law degree from Western Michigan University Law School. He has served on several boards and is associated with many non-profit organizations. He is a lifelong resident of Hammonton, New Jersey.
