Gerald R. Dodderer, Esquire, is a new attorney at Eisenberg, Gold & Agrawal who joined the firm in December 2023. Jerry joins the firm after being admitted in October 2023, to practice law in New Jersey. He is a recent graduate of Widener University Delaware Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. During his time in law school, he discovered a passion for corporate law and real estate transactions. Prior to his legal pursuits, he graduated cum laude at Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science.

Before and during law school, Jerry worked closely with attorneys in various roles administratively, and as a legal assistant and a law clerk. Upon graduation, he began his legal career as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Daniel A. Bernardin, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey’s Civil Division. During his time with Judge Bernardin, he gained invaluable experience in civil law, honing his legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Not only did he gain invaluable experience in civil law, but he also facilitated resolutions as a mediator in landlord-tenant and small claims cases.

Jerry is a resident of Burlington County and outside of law practice, he enjoys traveling and is an avid fan of Philadelphia sports.
