Frank J. Raso joined the firm of Eisenberg, Gold & Agrawal, P.C., as Counsel in 2023 after serving 36 years as a Municipal Court Judge in the Town of Hammonton, Folsom Borough, Buena Vista Township, Egg Harbor City, Mullica Township and Winslow Township. Being admitted to both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar since 1981, he has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, and prepared an untold number of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives. Before and during his service as a Municipal Court Judge, he represented several Land Use Boards including Hammonton Zoning Board, Folsom Planning Board, Winslow Township Zoning Board and Waterford Planning Board. Frank has combined his experience as a Judge and Land Use Attorney in representing land developers before Planning Boards and Zoning Boards and property owners who have been cited for ordinance violations in the Municipal Court. Frank graduated from Temple University School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and the University of Dayton School of Law with a Juris Doctor Degree.
Frank is married to Kelly A. Raso, CPA, who is a partner in the Certified Public Accounting firm of Alloy & Silverstein in Hammonton and Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He is the father of two daughters and grandfather to two grandsons and a granddaughter. Frank resides in his hometown of Hammonton, New Jersey, and enjoys traveling, growing grape plants in his vineyard and making homemade wine.
