Dan Muklewicz joined Eisenberg, Gold, & Agrawal, P.C. in March of 2025 after several years of representing clients in various real estate and estate litigation matters. In his ten years of practice, Dan has represented clients in commercial and residential foreclosure actions, land use and zoning, quiet title actions, partition actions, real estate transactions, commercial disputes, commercial and residential landlord tenant actions, bankruptcy, and judgment enforcement.

Dan received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Prior to law school, Dan earned his bachelor’s degree from Temple University.

Dan is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, as well as the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.

Dan is a volunteer with the Christian Legal Clinic of Philadelphia.  Dan is a resident of South Philadelphia, where he resides with his wife, son and dog.
