Janet L. Gold is the managing shareholder of Eisenberg, Gold & Agrawal. Janet’s current work includes representing banks, lenders and mortgage servicers in foreclosure, commercial litigation and transactional matters and has been a recent speaker in these areas with the National Business Institute on topics such as foreclosure, title law and real estate transactions.

Janet has significant experience in representing institutional and private lenders in loan documentation, including real estate, inventory, accounts receivable, construction and other types of loans. Janet also has extensive experience in residential and commercial foreclosure, creditors rights, REOs, replevin of personal property, bankruptcy matters and representing buyers, sellers and lenders in real estate transactions.

In her representation of private and institutional lenders, Janet has also developed an expertise in handling debt restructure/workout and loan sales. Janet has been named as a “Top Attorney – Banking and Finance” in SJ Magazine in 2018.

Ms. Gold’s memberships include the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Bankers Association, South Jersey Bankers Association and Risk Management Association.

Janet has been a member of the Supreme Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 1983. She is also admitted to the District Courts of New Jersey, Eastern and Middle Districts of PA and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She received her undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law. Ms. Gold has had several reported decisions from the District of New Jersey and Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
