In addition, Pallavi also has experience representing hard money lenders in bankruptcy proceedings, bringing a comprehensive perspective to her practice. Pallavi received her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. She also holds a law degree from Mumbai University, India, where she obtained her Bachelor in Legal Science and Bachelor in Law (B.L.S./LL.B.). Prior to joining Eisenberg, Gold and Agrawal, P.C, Pallavi represented borrowers in commercial transactions and foreclosure litigation giving her a practical understanding of the borrower’s perspective, which she now draws upon to anticipate challenges and advance her lender-clients’ interests.
