Pallavi V. Bhave is an attorney at Eisenberg, Gold and Agrawal P.C. She has successfully closed numerous complex financing and refinancing transactions on properties located in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Florida, and Wisconsin. Her clients span a wide range of industries, including hospitality, liquor, retail, office buildings, and multi-family residential housing. In addition, Pallavi also has experience representing hard money lenders in bankruptcy proceedings, bringing a comprehensive perspective to her practice. Pallavi focuses on understanding her clients’ goals and delivers precise, strategic advice that advances and protects those objectives.

Pallavi received her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. She also holds a law degree from Mumbai University, India, where she obtained her Bachelor in Legal Science and Bachelor in Law (B.L.S./LL.B.). Prior to joining Eisenberg, Gold and Agrawal, P.C, Pallavi represented borrowers in commercial transactions and foreclosure litigation giving her a practical understanding of the borrower’s perspective, which she now draws upon to anticipate challenges and advance her lender-clients’ interests.
