Prior to joining Eisenberg Gold and Agrawal, Patricia worked as an associate in transactional law firm representing business owners and lenders in the purchase, sale, leasing and finance of businesses and commercial real estate. She has also handled conventional, and government guaranteed loans for regional and national banks.
In that time, she has closed transactions for lenders and business owners in a variety of industries, including hospitality and restaurant, retail, franchise, medical and dental, pharmacy, adult day healthcare and bars and liquor stores. Patricia has worked on transaction to finance business and commercial real estate purchases, working capital, lines of credit and construction, with transaction sizes ranging from $100,000 to $10,000,000.
At Eisenberg Gold & Agrawal, she works with conventional and hard money lenders and represents business owners in acquisitions, sales, buy-outs, and contract negotiations. She also represents clients in multi-unit purchases and sale transactions, negotiates commercial leases for landlords and tenants and to resolve title issues.
Patricia received her undergraduate degree from Smith College and her Law Degree from Western New England University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey and Camden County Bar Association, the Business Section of the ABA, and the Southern New Jersey Chapter of the Risk Management Association.
